Return Window
You can return your items within 07 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts may not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@coverwala.com or by phone at +91 99996 75821. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the completed return form (provided with your RMA) in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided on the return form. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this on the return form.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.
